1.Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Check out our Shipping Options Page for more information on worldwide shipping.

2.What is your average turnaround time?

- If you are ordering a pre-made product, it will be shipped the next working day.

- If the product is made to order, our turnaround time can be up to 15-20 days.

If you are looking to place an order with us, but need them for a specific date, please get in touch with us via email or Instagram DM to discuss. 

3.What are my payment options?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept PayPal & Apple Pay.

4.How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to notify you that your order has been shipped which will also include your tracking details. You will also receive a text message when your package is out for delivery with a delivery window.

5.If I order the wrong size, can I get a refund or exchange?

As all of our customs are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges so please be sure of your size before placing an order.
