Personalize Custom Request Form

Thank you for choosing INSNEAKER. Please carefully read the following before submitting your custom order form:

All orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery (but can be on the 4 week side due to other projects I may get booked for),each item is meticulously handcrafted by a skilled artisan who takes great pride in the quality and uniqueness of every piece.

Order Process

~ Once your form is submitted, We will contact you using the provided contact details to discuss your custom request

~ After the design request has been finalized, a quote will be provided followed by payment options. Payment plans are available. If you’d like one, please click option below (Note that orders with a payment plan will start once 50% of the payment is received. Your order must be paid in full before having your item shipped out. This is to ensure customers are serious upon ordering, and to prevent waste of materials, time, and the item itself.)

~ Upon payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Refund Policy: Please note that all sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, I do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
